The Bedrooms
Two independent bedrooms, each with a full bathroom: one with a King Size bed and another with a Queen Size bed. Mini-split A/C in every bedroom so you sleep cool all night. Very comfortable beds (guests often mention sleeping great), linens, clean towels and basic toiletries included.
Common Areas
A semi-open, spacious and bright layout that blends traditional Mexican touches with modern comfort. Fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave and utensils), dining and living areas with fans and great natural ventilation. Filtered drinking water always available, plus the details of a real home: washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron, even sunscreen for when you forget.
Terrace, Pool and Rooftop
Relax on the hallway-style terrace, perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon book, with the sound of the stream that runs beneath the building. The shared pool is on the 2nd floor and, with only 4 units in the building, you'll almost always have it to yourself. The rooftop, on the top floor, is our guests' favorite spot for sunsets with ocean and mountain views.
Note: the pool and rooftop are not on the same floor.
Important before booking
- • There are a lot of stairs. Reaching the apartment, the pool and the rooftop involves stairs (40+ steps in total) and there is no elevator. Pack light and keep this in mind if mobility is a concern for you or your travel companions.
- • Not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
- • We're near Highway 200, a busy road. Most of our guests describe the apartment as quiet, but this is Mexico: tropical birds, roosters, dogs and occasional traffic are part of the experience.
